Ocean, Skies & Earth

This collection is organised around three elemental moods: ocean, skies, and earth. Each strand explores a different quality of atmosphere — the depth of water, the luminosity of sky, the warmth and weight of land.

Though the works are abstract, they are rooted in observation. I am not painting a literal seascape or horizon line; I am painting what it feels like to stand before one.
